Welcome to StationeryBuz. By accessing or using our wholesale platform and associated services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Commercial Accounts & Onboarding

Our services are designated exclusively for commercial entities, retail stationery stores, educational organizations, and corporate procurement. Wholesalers must declare valid GST Registration Numbers (GSTIN) to launch product catalogs. Buyers must provide authentic delivery coordinates.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Limits

As a dedicated wholesale B2B marketplace, listed items are offered at wholesale rates and subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ). MOQs are set directly by the manufacturing supplier. Any purchase queries below the supplier's MOQ will be automatically adjusted.

3. Billing & Payments

Payment terms are negotiated on a per-order basis directly with the supplier. StationeryBuz does not provide immediate B2B credit lines. Approved payment methods include Bank Wire Transfers, NEFT/RTGS, UPI, and other payment services defined on checkout. 18% GST invoices are provided by default.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Cargo Damage

Suppliers dispatch bulk orders through logistics channels. Estimated delivery times are dependent on location. Inspect your cargo upon delivery. Reports of damaged goods must be submitted to customer care ticket services within 48 hours of cargo receipt.

5. Revisions & Disputes

We reserve the right to revise catalog policies, service charges, or shipping guidelines at our discretion. All commercial disputes fall under Sonipat, Haryana jurisdiction.
